A consumer, in accordance with the Civil Code, is a natural person who performs a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to his business or professional activity.
According to the Act of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Store about his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form ( download the template form), https://www.f-service.pl/en/, but it is not obligatory, and send the statement together with the goods and proof of purchase to the address Foto-Tip, ul. Bonarka 11 30-415 Kraków, tel. 12-357-66-05. In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough to send information regarding the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. The store will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of information about the withdrawal from the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Store returns all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the selected delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date, in which the Store was informed about the decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. The reimbursement will be made by the Store using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different solution.
The consumer is obliged to return the item immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the items before its expiry.
The store reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the item or until proof of its return is provided, depending on which event occurs first.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract and return of the goods in a state not exceeding the limits of ordinary management by the Customer, the Store undertakes to return the value of the product and the cost of delivery to the customer to the Customer. The return of the goods to the store under the right to withdraw from the contract is at the customer's expense.
In order to ensure quick exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract, please attach a printed statement to the goods shipped ( download the template form), which will significantly facilitate finding your shipment and streamline the complaint process. The goods must be returned unchanged. The consumer can get acquainted with the goods and is responsible for reducing the value of the goods resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The consumer should return the goods in their original, undamaged packaging to minimize the chances of damage in transit.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods (i.e. returning the goods, delivering them to us).
Due to payment processing by Stripe payment system refunds of SEPA payments are possible not earlier than 8 weeks after the payment was made and there is no way for us to issue a refund earlier. All orders paid by SEPA are subject to processing times extended by 3-4 days compared to other payment methods.
